STEM is important because we use it in every part of our lives. STEM activities provide hands-on lessons for the student. Making math and both fun and interesting helps the student to do much more than just learn!

This website also has a lot of links to other websites instead of providing the information all on one page.
RASMUSSEN Benefits: This website from Rasmussen College provides eleven great STEM project ideas that parents can do with their children at home. These hands-on projects help reinforce life skills and spark curiosity about STEM! Teachers may also use these activities in the classroom. Limits: These activities do require a lot of household materials that everyone may not have.

Parents can explore fifteen online and offline activity options that would be especially helpful now that everyone is learning remotely.
